!!Our residents will enjoy geothermally heated underground parking at East Hampton Rise and our neighbors will too: although building code calls for 485 parking stalls to accommodate the population of our two buildings, Guild will build 619 parking stalls, all but 25 underground.  EHR cars will be out of site and safely underground removing any possible parking impact on the surrounding area.
